Argentina is characterized by a gastronomy with identity and multiple flavors. Each of the Argentine regions give typical recipes that result from a unique mix of cultures, traditions, beliefs and values whose purpose is to savor the story through its variety of flavors and colors.
Argentina Traditional Food has a repository of more than 40 recipes from the most typical and traditional food from Argentina. Among them we can name, the locro, which takes us back in the history to the origin of our nation as a independent country , which is why it is very common in Argentina eat this dish in each May 25. We can name also the empanadas, the soups and the meats.
The recipes are grouped into the following categories: Beef, Pig, Chicken, Stews and Soups. Each recipe contains the ingredients and preparation, with the step-by-step to get the finished dish.
